- Literature searches on your topic exploring peer-reviewed journals, books and relevant websites to find evidence or best practice in your field, for drafting a submission, presentation or research paper, it's up to you!
- Support using the service and searching the digital bookshelves – FREE!
- Schedule training for yourself or your colleagues. Learn new skills to efficiently research databases, Google, Google Scholar or AI, and collect, organise and publish your sources using the free Zotero reference manager.
- Journal or search alerts tailored to your professional interests, with the option of requesting articles

How does it work?

- Complete a membership form and we will be in touch!
- Fill in a request form including your membership ID
- We will process your request and send you an invoice for fixed price services, or a quote for your review
- If you choose to go ahead, please pay the invoice or accept the quote within 5 working days
- Upon receipt of payment, the item/s, or service results will be provided to you via email or post (for physical resources)
- If no response the request will be cancelled after 10 days
- Digital resources will be provided directly to you and are not to be shared unless under a copyright arrangement
- Physical resources will be posted to your secure postal address (home or office) OR you can arrange to pick up from the ACS InfoHub to avoid postal charges (you can indicate your preference on the Request form).
- Return post will be at your expense OR you can arrange to personally return them to the ACS InfoHub. See more details under Borrowing.
- Training can be arranged on site or online
- Members are welcome to visit the InfoHub to
